Delivery Charge 

We have 3 options for delivery.  

Our first offering is our ASAP delivery service. There is a flat rate charge of $40. (Within 2 Hours. Example: Assigned at 2, delivered before 4.) 

Our second offering is the 3 hour window service. There is a flat rate charge of $30. 

We also offer a neighborhood bundle option for $15 This is dependent upon availability.  

Temporary Charge 

There is a temporary charge placed on your card for 15% of your order total. This is for items added or replaced with a different price. When your order is delivered or canceled the charge is refunded. It may take up to 7 days for the pending charge to be released depending on your banking or credit card institution. For further information regarding refunds you can contact your bank or card issuer.  

Why did I only receive part of the Temporary Charge refund?  

Any substitutions or refunds made to your order will adjust the Temporary Charge amount.  

After your order is completed and processed your will be able to see the total cost of the order and the Temporary Charge amount to be refunded on your receipt.  

Long Distance Charge 

For orders placed over 5 miles away from store location there will be an additional $1.50 charge per mile. You will see this charge before prepayment and authorization. 

Heavy Order Charge 

Certain items, such as bottled water if ordered over 3 cases, or 10 gallons, will incur an Heavy Order charge of $0.20 per pound. You will see this charge before prepayment and authorization. 

The average grocery order weighs 20 - 25 pounds.
